Access Apprenticeships is an 18-month full-time programme designed to help you kickstart your career. You'll gain hands-on work experience with industry leaders, receive mentorship and coaching, and build skills that employers value.
You'll be a full-time employee from day one, receiving a competitive salary and benefits (not an intern or trainee, but a full-time talent!). If it's a good fit, you may even transition into a permanent role with your Host Company at the end of the programme.

All training, mentorship, and programme-related activities are fully supported. You will not need to pay any fees to be part of this programme.
After successfully completing the programme, you may transition into a full-time role with your Host Company, subject to business needs and suitability. Once converted, you may also receive a pay increment and a completion bonus, where applicable, once your new contract is signed.
The first batch will welcome up to 20 apprentices, creating a tight-knit community. You'll get to bond, network, and grow together.
In the job market, nothing stops you from applying for multiple roles, so feel free to do so! You may be considered for more than one role or company based on your interests and interview performance. But if you receive multiple offers, you will choose only one Host Company to join.
Apprentices are expected to commit to the full 18-month placement after the bootcamp. Your employment contract and probation terms will follow your Host Company's HR policies.
Unlike short-term internships or traineeships, Access Apprenticeships is a full-time, structured apprenticeship. You'll receive mentorship, rotate across teams for exposure to different roles and management, and complete career-focused training modules.
Apprentices are full-time staff and are treated as such. Host companies will invest in you through on-the-job training and rotations, and the possibility of conversion is stronger for Apprentices.
Access supports you throughout your journey, with monthly check-ins and ongoing engagement, ensuring you gain hands-on experience and are prepared for meaningful long-term roles.
The Access Apprenticeship Programme is modelled after Graduate Management Associate Programmes, typically offered to degree holders. This programme uniquely provides Polytechnic Graduates with the opportunity to be involved in a programme with leadership and managerial rotations.
Access Apprenticeships is multi-sectoral, offering opportunities across different companies and industries. As an Apprentice, you will be supported by Access every step of the way, through monthly check-ins and ongoing engagement.
