In-depth Training for Tertiary Students
The Access Fellowship Programme is a six-month comprehensive initiative aimed at providing educational and professional opportunities to talented individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds - especially students on bursary or financial assistance schemes at Institutes of Higher Learning in Singapore.

Commencing in May 2024, the AFP will connect students with experienced professionals across industries and provide them with the skills and resources they need to achieve their goals and succeed in their future careers.
What is the eligibility criteria?
Students from Polytechnics, Universities, or Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) who are on a bursary or financial assistance scheme, or have a gross monthly household income of below $4,800.

The Application Process

The application consists of a series of questions, including short essay responses, that will need to be answered.

Do note that the application has to be completed in one sitting. It cannot be saved mid-way and you will not be able to return to the previous page. The application portal is also best optimised for desktop or tablet use. As such, please avoid using mobile devices for your application.

An application is only considered complete when all questions have been answered.
