Access Alumni Network (AAN)

"Joining the Access Alumni Network opened doors I never imagined for myself. My education journey took a different path. I started at Polytechnic, but I realised the course I was studying wasn’t the right fit for me. Choosing to restart at Millennia Institute wasn’t easy, but it gave me the clarity and direction I needed.

Through Access, I’ve met incredible people, explored different industries, and slowly built the confidence I once lacked. As I work towards my A Levels today, Access continues to shape my aspirations and remind me to believe in myself and reach for more."

— Vishaalini D/O Tamil Selvan, Millennia Institute Student

"Through Access, I learned that the best engineering happens when people invest in people first. They connected me to mentors who taught me to listen, learn, and grow, turning a student's potential into enterprise-level impact."

— Seh Jia Jun, ITE College East Student

How can I get involved?

We involve our alumni, supporters, and corporate partners across many areas of Access. If you have taken part in an Access programme, you are part of our alumni community, and there are many meaningful ways to continue contributing.

Alumni can be involved through:

1. Speaking on event panels and sharing your journey
2. Providing case studies or lived experience insights
3. Facilitating at Access programmes
4. Being considered for work experience opportunities offered by our corporate partners (e.g, internships)

If you are aged 17 and above and would like to start your Access journey, click the buttons below to apply:

Both programmes offer structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to industry so that you can eventually become part of the Access Alumni Network.

At Access, we engage two types of mentors.

1.

Returning Mentors

These are past mentors from our corporate programmes who continue their involvement through the Access Alumni Network.

2.

Individual Mentors

These are industry professionals or corporate representatives who are looking for a platform to give back and support young people.

All mentors undergo in-house training, and they contribute through ad-hoc mentorship, networking opportunities, or as Masterclass Instructors during our programmes.

If you are an industry professional or corporate representative who is interested in joining us as a mentor, you may sign up through our mentor recruitment form below:
